Plot
Out of prison, mobster Dwight “The General”; Manfred is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he builds a new criminal empire with a group of unusual characters. Sylvester Stallone’s first leading role in a television series. Dwight and #x27;general' Manfredi: I don’t really go to church.
I really like this show
The opening sequence features various photographic and painted images, as well as Oklahoma landmarks, set against the New York landscape: the “Touch the Clouds” statue of the Sioux Indian chief; wears a War Bonnet and a Bone Choker (chest plate) attached to the Brooklyn Bridge Gold Digger statue placed atop the Statue of Liberty. There are several numbered “avenues” in the Manhattan borough of New York; intersecting streets with smaller numbers.. Featured on CBS News Sunday Morning: Episode #45.7 (2022).
It’s a little unbelievable, but mostly fun
The humor that Stallone brings to the character (by the writers) smooths over the absurd details. Stallone gives a nuanced performance as a monster recently released from prison. Who is given the opportunity to move to a southwestern state and make money when the bosses come home .He makes the most of a situation he would rather not be in .Fish out of water no.
A shark in another ocean might be more like him
It looks set to be a fantastic addition to an illustrious and legendary career, one of Hollywood’s biggest box office hits of all time. Stallone is in his element and he delivers the goods ..
