KJ and Dan ask to chat. After several years of a strained relationship, a couple takes a weekend trip to a friend’s cabin to rekindle their romance… only to discover a dying, but not quite dead, mouse stuck in a sticky trap. They disagree on how to deal with it: KJ is in favor of a quick death, and Dan suggests making the last minutes of the mouse’s life as pleasant as possible. The couple compromises and moves on, slowly finding their way to each other in this idyllic setting. Unfortunately, their peace is disturbed by the arrival of a small woman who can be politely called “eccentric” – she is the owner’s younger sister and had no idea that someone was staying in the family house. No problem if it fails, right? As the couple tries their best to manipulate this intruder to add to their already tense dynamic, KJ and Dan begin to worry that this pesky third wheel may threaten more than just their relationship…
